I am so sick and tire of this up and down like 5 lbs. I know I need to get my butt moving but this is crazy. I have been drinking my water, and have even started to eat a healthy breakfast again to jump start the matabolism.
I wish I just had the energy to work out or at least walk daily.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....WHaaaaaaa!!! :(

Are you keeping within a good calorie range? I know that you are doing weight watchers, but if you can start to track your calories and water, I'm sure that you'll see a loss if you can stay around 1400 calories. Keep on truckin!

if you make yourself work out for a week...i mean do it no matter what...after a week you will have the energy...also are you following your plan...it sounds like you are deviating from it...hit it strong and strick...that should work
