Hi, Denice here. I have had it. It is time to get very serious. I have a lot to loose. I have tried: Richard simmons deal-a-meal, weight watchers, Curves, south beach, and many more. I have decided it is time to get really serious and DO this diet/life plan.

I am married 20 years with 2 kids: 17 and 11. Had some really serious things happen in the family over the last couples years. Time to let go and move on. Take care of ME for a change, for myself, my kids and my hubby.
I am not so sure what to put here in my BIO so I will change/or add if needed.

PLEASE HELP! ADVISE!? SOMETHING?!
OMG I so hear you!!!!!

I have also ALWAYS been heavier than my husband. When we started dating I was a hot sexy size 9, 160 lbs and 5'8" tall. He was an average thin build and probably running around 135 lbs. It didnt bother me back then, CAUSE... I was HOT back then. As for now we have both gained weight. I much more than him. We are both working on losing some weight and getting much healthier. He is having a much easier time than me. Just another reason guys can have it easier in life. LOL Just kiddn.

I am working on just FEELING better in my skin. I know when I feel good it really doesnt matter our weight differences. I hope you too can feel good in your skin and love yourself for the bueaty you are.

Baby steps???
Ok here is my questions:

what did you do to start baby steps?
How do you keep motivated?
was it water intake?
was it walking?
how much?
how often?

I am having a hard time staying on track OF ANYTHING. I have been trying to get in water but its horrible. Only time I seem to like water is in the middle of the night and when I am really thirsty. Any other time it just tastes yucky. I know add lemon...I can't it gives me heartburn. I try to park out farther and walk in when shopping and running errands. I really want to do it, I just can't seem to keep anything going. I started walking on a brand new shiny tredmill.... but, Guess what? that only last a week or so. I am going nuts. I am soo tired and frustrated. Needing some inspirations.

Help, Denice

Affraid of weigh in
I have really been watching what I eat. But not tracking like I should. I have been keeping to smaller portions, wise choices, and drinking my water. Also I have been getting on the tredmill a few times a week.

BUT......
with a few little chocolates here and a few there, I am really worried about gaining this week.

Anyone else feeling this way?
