I got a NutriBullet yesterday so today I used it for breakfast. Wow what a great machine! I used romaine & Radicchio lettuce, 3 baby carrots, 1 apple, 1/2 cup grapes and 1 T ground flax seed. It tasted very mild and I can hardly wait to try a different combination! I do recommend eating either a small bowl of grain-like oats or cream of wheat or rice. Or if using it at lunch eat some chicken, an egg or turkey. For me I am taking down the protein since menopause. Too much protein can cause problems with calcium. I want strong bones thank you very much! ;)

So far day 3 is going great! Lunch was a sauteed chicken breast with Mrs. Dash Garlic Tomato Basil, with a little additional garlic and some ginger, I added Baby Bellas to it-yum! I then chopped up some cabbage, 1 onion, bell pepper, a few slivers of carrot for color, this I sauteed with 1 T of real butter-I don't use fake stuff, and a pinch of salt. The resulting meal was filling and delicious! Supper will be Lentil soup, lentils, tomatoes, green onion, a few carrots and some Italian seasonings and I will have a small salad. So far so good!
