Not a proper weigh in really, have an infection and everything is skewed. Thought I would note it for the record.
My ring is getting loose again, only one finger left now it can go on. I have a bit of time yet though.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
