It's been two years since I've last logged in. I've always struggled with my weight, could never find the right diet or I was simply just too lazy to do anything. So about a month ago I've decided to try the Keto diet. The first week it was horrible. The cravings for your emotional food, in my case I have a sweet tooth. I started this diet weighing 94.5 kilo's. And today I weigh at 87.0 kilo's. Im more energetic than ever. I'm happier and I see improvements. I'm going to continue this Keto lifestyle. It absolutely suits me. Easy to follow. I go on long walks for exercise. And now sometimes I even run. But most importantly I feel great!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 September 2019:
1265 kcal Fat: 84.32g | Prot: 81.89g | Carb: 45.66g.   Breakfast: Lipton Black Tea Bags, Fried Egg, Hormel Original Uncured Bacon, Keto Coconut Bread. Lunch: No Name Croutons, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Cooked, Braised), Tanimura & Antle Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner: Chop't Avocado, Cheese, Wasa Thin & Crispy Original Flatbread. Snacks/Other: Water, Planters Lightly Salted Cocktail Peanuts, Divine Chocolate 70% Dark Chocolate. more...
