Well that is very interesting.
My pal said it was motivating to lose numbers like this. I guess it is. As long as it os fat.

I have not eaten carbs much for years, no grains seeds or pulses, and only in the form of milk in tea and yogurt all of 2019. The usual reason of water weight on a switch to low carb wojld not really apply here then, would it?
OTOH although I am pretty active and have added skipping/jump rope I am not burning that much body fat, can't be!!

I was abiut to give up yesterday morning but kept on it. Today well, we will see. Tempting!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great! Keep going! I have put on weight after a juice fast, although I am below 20gr carb/day and 800kcal/day. The body seems to have a mind of its own, but perseverance wins 😊
