Well, no gain, but no loss. I'm not surprised that I haven't lost, but I am surprised that I didn't have a gain. I woke up this morning with a splitting headache, and thought about staying home, but I knew if I did I'd just lay around all day and my headache will probably be better in a couple of hours anyway. I'm going to try to get a workout in this evening, if my headache is better. I'm not very excited to workout right now. I used to look forward to my workouts but right now I'm just feeling like I'd rather sleep in. Maybe it's because I have gained a little and if I did workout and had a loss then I'd get excited again. I'm thinking this weekend I'm going to try to get a new DVD, maybe a different Jillian Michael's one, or something, we just don't have many options around here besides Wal-Mart to find DVD's. I need to find the kick in the butt to get me excited again, and I know once the weather starts getting warmer I'll start wanting to move more too, but I don't want to wait that long. At least it's getting close to the weekend and I have a long one, so that's a plus. I'm going to try to do some meal planning with my extra day off.
