My daughter has a stomach bug and my son had a rash last night and cough today. Poor kids! I feel bad for them and at the same time hope I don't get it. I'll be disinfecting when I get home. My daughter is at the age where she can stay home by herself (her dad is there, just sleeping) and my son was well enough this morning to go to school, but we'll see if he makes it through the day. So, this evening will probably be a simple, quick dinner of whatever the kids will eat. No workout again this morning, but I did get yoga in last night, so that's progress at least. If the kids are okay when I get home I may try to get a quick workout in this evening. My eating yesterday was okay, until right before bed. I've been doing horrible at about 8 p.m. and I don't know why, then I just want peanut butter and chocolate, and I've been caving and eating it. Tonight I'm going to make some pudding in the hopes that it will help curb the snack cravings. I just need to learn to tell myself "NO!!!" On the nights my hubby is home I don't eat like that, so I need to figure out what's making me feel eat like that when I'm alone in the evening.
