Got back to pre-Holiday weight (I love/hate Egg Nog!) and finally dipped a couple pounds beneath that. Was hoping for high 270's but didn't get there - definetly will next weight in. Feeling inspired again. Getting good consistent blood glucose (BG) readings and have seen first numbers below 120. Much better than the 160's I had been getting. Blood pressure is hanging in good-safe zone (for me) at @ 120s/80s.
Found a way to strap iPad into treadmill and that makes my walks much more bearable. Have noticed that my best BG readings have come hours after a brisk 30 min walkabout.
