Worse shape than I realized. At least I can put my socks on and tie my shoes. A couple months and 35 pounds ago those acts were my entire workout.

Started having mysterious lower back and wrap-around side ache several weeks ago. Don't think it's organ related, really seems to react to movement, not sharp, burning or intense. Got much worse after I began my walkabouts and yesterday had to be careful standing or turning.

Woke up this morning and it was much better, so took short half mile walk (9 mins, 18 sec) and it didn't get any worse - curious to see how day progresses. Really hope this passes on its own and I can just chalk it up to ungrowing pains.

If it doesn't get worse I plan to push next walk up to the intended 20-25 minutes at brisk pace.

Weight has plateaued at 281-83 and can't get it to dip into high 270's. Hopefully the change in routine and extra burned calories will get me there by next week so I can begin whining about not hitting the 260's.

Still seeing amazing improvements in my BG numbers with counts as low as 98 and frequent high teens and mid-twenties. Nice to know that my foot won't fall off before I finish this Challenge.

Next weight in on Monday - stand by for an "honest" 279! Film at 11:00...
