Fat: 34.89g | Prot: 124.41g | Carb: 201.48g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Light Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (8.25 oz), Toasted Oats. Lunch:  Bean & Ham Soup, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Lite Yellow Cling Peaches. Dinner:  Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, Oranges. Snacks/Other:  Smoked Flavor String Cheese, Pears, Yakult Light, Raw Fiber, Toasted Oats.
