Just starting up again, I've started to gain some of the weight I lost and have not made any progress getting close to my goal weight. I want to lose 10 lbs before valentines. This is my second day of counting calories and I know it is really going to help. Wow, about 2000 calories yesterday and today. I need to get it down to 1500.

I turn 50 this year, what can I reasonably do by then, 11 1/2 months. My goal is 130, is that reasonable. That is 50 weeks away...two lbs a week would do it. But of course that is not going to happen. I think for the first 25 weeks, two lbs a week would do. Then 1 lb per week for the last 25 would put me at 126 lbs by my birthday. Perfect. Two lbs a week, it is. June 10th I should be a 50lb weight loss! How will I get there? Holding my calorie count to 1500 per day and walking 2 miles, 4-5 times per week. We'll see if that gets to the two lb per week mark.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
