yesterday morning I went out to do my three mile run and I gave myself a goal 3.5 miles I ended up feeling pretty decent so I did 6 miles!!! first time ever!!
184.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
