I was surprised to see such a drop. Watching my body lose weight is both interesting and frustrating. I lose in such fits and starts. For the last few days I was bouncing up and down a half pound, and then today, over a 2 pound drop. Go figure..... I'll take it though! :) I expect tomorrow to see the scale bounce up, though, since my guess is that some of this 2 pounds is water weight.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

But you've lost 10 pounds in two weeks! Awesome! Others have counseled me that the first drop is fast (for me, 5 lbs) the rest has been so slow it's like watching paint dry. When I did Atkins a few years ago, this was my pattern, hold steady, hold steady, hold steady, drop 2. Repeat. So I'm taking the long term view! Hang in there!
