Well, this process is going slower then I though... I have been right on 1400 cal. diet or under and only 1lb. in a week. I made it through the coke headache. And, no McDonalds in almost a week. Today I got subway on the way home and got a flatbread chicken and couldn't eat the whole thing and yes I did break down and got a cherry coke and took two sips and that was enough of that stuff. Really don't care for the taste of it anymore.. SO, maybe my 1st week will be slow.. But, this weight better wake up and start falling off... Now, I just have to work on my water intake.. this is where my problem is......
277.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up! It can be discouraging to see just half a pound or one pound drop....but keep at it and you'll see more; especially if you change your eating habits along with increasing your workout habits. I realized that my body really loves roast chicken. If I replace dinner with something healthy (like a roast chicken lettuce wrap or anything with roast chicken), and throw in a good 40 minute walk after dinner....I can lose up to two pounds overnight. Of course, I try to get in a 25 minute workout during the day/morning as well....but that's always hard. Figure out what your body loves (as far as keeping it healthy), and you'll see the weight drop. It's frustrating and discouraging at times, but well-worth it! Hang in there! I still have my days too!
