Hey- I am so happy finally got a great weight in... Last night was scrapbook and I did really good with all the food that was there. I hope I get another great weight in soon....
274.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
