Well another day with no weight loss... I am under my calorie intake and walking 1.5 miles... Man, I have to fall in love with water really fast.. Because this is getting very upsetting..... Well, on a good note it is Friday.... Have a great day everybody....

Well, now I am at day 3 and the same weight.. I am getting very inpatient with myself... I doing everything right food wise. Last night was the closest I had gotten to my 1400 cal in along time... Is water the only thing holding me back.. I had been drinking hot water,lemon and honey.. Is it the honey that is holding me back? I just need a miracle at this point. Guess tonight I will have to call my friend and she what she thinks..... I need some suggestions..... Have a great day!!!

Getting pretty upset. I am not loosing like I needed to.. I don't what else to do.... This weight is not dropping like it is expose too.... Maybe I need to try a different scale...... Very upsetting...

Slow but losing .5lb a day.. Well, I guess I didn't gain it over night. but, why do we want it gone over night?? I am starting to hit my water goal. By, drinking hot water, lemon and honey... This is now my favorite drink..... I hope I can post another.5lb lost Wed... Have a great day...

Well today is Monday the 14th. I have made little progress. But, not what I wanted... I just wish I could get out and walk more.. Now, that we are back to winter again. I loved last weeks weather.. Could handle that for the rest of our winter.... My food is okay with what I am eating the only thing is my water. That is going to have to be my BIG thing that I need to work on... I am not a water drinker. But, hot water and lemon I can do.. So, for now that is going to have to be my thing...
