i will also try to be honest about my eating, today i had 3 slices of toast and plan to have a sandwich for lunch, i will continue the no eating after 7 pm,:-)
209.2 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
