Well, the weight going up has got to be water. I was under my calories and on target for my carbs. Never fear...I'll keep plodding along.

So good to start the walking challenge. Very cool to see over 60 people join us.

I still need to think about and post my goals here so that I am not just afloat without a paddle. I need things to focus on other than just the numbers.
224.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
