I think I have to be a little more careful on Sunday as eating the pizza on Sunday tends to make me jump up in weight and I only have 2 pieces. Of course it is pepperoni and that meat is loaded with fat and sodium so I think I should eat a little less of this. Will have to just keep on doing what I am doing and do minor adjustments I am just not all that up to do any drastic changes to my diet.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
