not bad,not bad. i sure thought i would have gained some water weight so the fact i didn't gain at all is good news for me! now that i'm not sick i'm ready to kick the 150's out of the ball park
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
