Two days down for Induction. I couldn't get everything eaten or all my water in yesterday. Who ever diets and can't eat all of their food??? That's what I love about Atkins.Never hungry. I am looking forward to starting the walking challenge too. Nothing like a little competition to get me motivated.

I need to get my meals planned for the weekend so I can take stufff to work and be successful. Work can be a difficult place. Always so many goodies.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Not only Atkins, but many other diets will not leave you hungry if you do it right. I'm simply counting calories, and since I started learning what is a high calorie and what is a low calorie food, I have not been hungry. I've done it for two years or so, and I can not recollect a single time where I can honestly say I was truly hungy. Feeling like a snack, sure. But not hungry.
