Dropped a little more and now I just have to keep on doing what I have been doing. Under some pressure with regard to my new job and that is a good thing, the real trick is to just keep on doing what I have been doing and it will all work out nicely.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
