I have been working out consistanly for three full years. Including 5 rounds of P90x, and mountainbiking with good results. I have gone from 260 down to 200 and then back up to 220 as I started eating more than I needed to maintain. I am looking to drop down between 190 and 200 and drop my body fat % I am new to this type of thing and look forward to the support and ideas. If I can help anyone please let me know.
