I made it through yesterday. Sniffed like 5 doughnuts but not a bite!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Another SMELLER!!! WAY back when I first started dieting (1974-ish), I worked at a law firm in Beverly Hills and they would ALWAYS get a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for everyone's birthday. I would go over and hold it up to my nose, and take the deepest sniffs, savoring the aroma and "tasting" it with my nose.

I usually go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for my medium black coffee. I decided to go to the gas station instead yesterday just so I wouldn’t have to be enticed by that free donut. I don’t think I would have been able to stop at a smell. Congrats to you.
