I've been getting a little off track (birthdays, traveling, long meetings that chew into my excercise time, etc.). I haven't lost anything in over 2 weeks...but, at least I haven't gained.

Thats quite an accomplishment, with everything you've had going on...to stay where you were! Great Job. Traveling and Birthdays scream of tempting food decisions...so that had to take some definite will-power !

When you can experience 'real life'situations and not gain, you know you've taken the weight off the right way. If you had been on a fad diet it all would have popped back on immediately. I think you've had a successful 2 weeks so congratulations!
