P2D6. I have been following protocol but for chocolate candy. Next week no chocolate 🍫 pinky promise. I’d probably lose more if I keep my hands off the chocolate.😢
226.4 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
