still on my own version of the keto diet doing different things now including fasting as long as 72 hours or just not eating forb16 to18 hours a day. This week will be doing an egg fast maybe 2 meals a day maybe one. wish me luck my daughter has a good smelling cantaloupe in the fridge and watermelon and strawberries too.
