Well down to 273.8 pounds which is actually over 50 pounds since when I started this eating plan I weighed 330 pounds and was down to 310 when I joined FAT SECRET. Picked up a 10pound box of cat litter the other day. Thought to my self wow and I was carrying around 5 of these. Have been going to the pool at the fitness club and doing their water exercises and doing water weights too. Followed buy a dip in the hot tub. have not used my cane in over a month.
Able to walk the long hall way at the hospital at a fast pace with out getting winded. Used to go slow and still have to stop and lean on my cane to catch my breath. Find I don't get hungry unless I accidently eat wheat which I did the other day when we went out to the dinner. Could tell because I got so hungry I COULD HAVE ATE ALL THE JUNK FOOD IN THE HOUSE. Yes Hubby still eats his junk food in front of me keep telling him he would feel better if he drops a few pounds. Guess he will join me when he is ready. Anyway got off the subject, Just decided to go to bed early and was better come morning.

Have been 97% following my eating plan. Cheated a few times with some all natural ice cream. Now sticking to reduced calorie real fruit bars,30 calories a piece and stops the craving for sweets. Blood sugars have been pretty good mostly keeping under 150. A few times had to many carbs and it went higher but still under 200. Had Doctors appointment for follow up on my INR lab work (to check on blood thinner levels). With diet switch and eating more veggies had to up the medication amount. Got a really nice surprise. Last month my weight was 306 at the visit, Yesterday it was 193. So happy wanted to dance. Joined a Gym on Wednesday but haven't been able to go as Hubby got sick and I don't drive do to a medical problem. Hope he gets better soon. I want to swim and use the hot tub till I lose more weight then want to do some weight training and take a few toning classes. Wish me luck. will write again after the next office visit weigh in.
