Gained a little weight as I had 2 slices of Pizza Hut Pizza and that is a big deal for me on this diet and no big deal as I think there is more sodium in those slices of pizza then I would like to admit. Not to worry will be below 180 this week.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
