Woot, Down again from Friday and pretty much steady, despite Saturday's dim-sum fest! Will weigh-in again on Friday, but only because I will be out of the office (and my scales) on the next two Mondays.

And the roast pork lunch, and the turkish meal on Monday... Come to think about it last week really wasn't a very good week for the diet. Which makes That result bloody blinding.

Last night irritated the hell out of me. I had that beef stew thinking it was about 400cal for the bowl. Then as I was adding it noticed that unlike the _ENTIRE REST OF THE RANGE_ it said "half a pack".

I read the damn label. It was in stupidly tiny writing on the edge of the pack. And the proper nutrition section was per 100g only. *grr*

Lol... They get you whatever way they can. I really struggle some days with fuzzy small print
