I have fallen in love with Shirataki noodles (again). Great noodle texture, little to no flavour except that which you put them with, and 0 calories.
100% fibre, no carbs, no calories. They are the perfect lunchtime food for me. I can have a huge bowl of veggies add a pint of miso soup and a touch of soy sauce and be stuffed for the rest of the day. The only risk being that they do tend to keep you very very full once eaten as they do expand in your stomach!
£1.04 from the Japan Centre just off Piccadilly circus. Or stupidly expensive for a tiny portion from any Cruush outlet (about £5 per cup of their soups).
