So much for my "back on track" plan yesterday. Mike sent Beer Nuts, and I had some... so of course I didn't write it down. They had a light dinner and dance lesson and then stayed for the party, so I worked them off - whew. Class again tonight ;-)
178.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
