I've been nibbling and not writing down.... we have the party tonight and then tomorrow I am back on program. The hard part isn't eating healthy, it's writing it all down so you know for sure where you are each day!
177.8 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
