Hey ya'll.. 1 more pound loss, since last Thursday!!! Yippee for me! So glad that the weight is coming off! So that is 9 pound loss for me in 2 weeks.. I couldn't ask for anything more.. Especially since I was fluctuating in those 190's for 3-4 weeks...

My TOM popped up on me yesterday so that may be a reason for the low number in the weight loss..I'LL TAKE IT!! I'm not complaining at all.. Feeling a little bloated but that will pass in a few days.

So the challenge is over :( what is everyone's plan? staying to the basic? fasting? or increasing carbs? I think I am going to stay with the basic for a while longer.. I may not be as strict as the past two weeks, but I definitely like the simple menu...

Girl, you are awesome! Those 190's are a thing of the past now. I know you'll never see those again! SO SO happy for you!! :D You just keep it up, gf, 'cause you got this! I'm sad the Challenge is over, too :/ It really did help me stay on track. But the next one is just around the corner! I'm gonna keep doing the strict Induction. Like you said, simple menus work better for me, too. Girl... YOU'VE LOST 22 POUNDS!! Yay!!! :D

"Weigh" to go Dorothy! Such an inspiration. I am sure you'll see more of a difference after Tom leaves. I am hoping a new challenge will begin again. Everyone there was so supportive and it kept me motivated. Keep up the good work.

Good job, Dorothy! Kiss the 190's good bye! I'm planning on staying at Induction levels until after the New Year. I have so much to lose still and I think staying at Induction will help me get through the holidays without crashing and burning.

Great job on the losses! I am going to stick to strict induction but add 2 fasting days a week. TOM will be making an appearance for me next week. You're doing great, keep it up!

That is awesome Dorothy!! I am doing a happy dance for you up here!!! I am going to keep doing what I am doing. Trying to get a couple of fast days in again. I was not doing great on the exercise but got back to it yesterday. So excited for you to be in the 180's!!!!!

Thank you all so much for the kind words and encouragement! TOM will STILL be here on Thursday but hopefully there will be some signs of less bloating..I may just wait to weigh in next Monday instead of Thursday.. That's going to be too hard to wait - I don't know why I said that (wink wink) lol lol Looks like we're all going to stick with the Induction with a few exceptions.. I wish I could do one of the Fast with you all.. but I am not brave enough.. Christie, you always do GREAT on the fast - you're very disciplined.. I can't bring myself to do it.. Toni - I hear you loud and clear with the crashing and burning.. I swore to myself I was not going to get out of hand on Christmas like I did on Thanksgiving.. but (in my whisper voice) Why am I thinking about the treats today that I will see on Christmas? (what a fatty!).. lol lol lol.. I hope I can be stronger, cause the day is coming real soon. New challenge coming in a few weeks that will keep me on the straight and narrow... Don't want to see the 190's nor the 200's again... Jaime.. Wish I could see you doing the happy dance.. Heck I wish I was there to do the happy dance with you!! lol lol lol.. Congratualtions!!!! WooHoo!!! 9 Lbs in 2 weeks is awesome! There is definitely something to be said about induction! I'll definitely be fasting but probably won't be sticking to induction....heck, I had a hard time of it during an actual challenge!

Well done Dorothy, that's such great progress! Oh and about fasting, I've done it before too and it sounds scarier than it is, I partly think its a healthy thing to do even if its just for a couple of times because it helps break the fear of going hungry for a while! Now if I'm hungry and there's no healthy food available I remember that nothing terrible is going to happen just because I can't eat for a while, and it stops me using it as an excuse to splurge! Thank you for your advice about my calorie limit too, I feel much happier now I'm having a bit more!

Dorothy, way to go! 9lbs in 2 weeks is great. TOM can really mess with you. I'm facing the same situation this week and can't wait for it to go on and leave me alone! I am still sticking to induction levels and going back to Fast 5 every other week. I also look forward to the next challenge. I'm hoping I'll be able to be there for the full two weeks of the next challenge instead of limping along like I did the last one. Congrats again on the continued loss. You're doing great!
