New job is working at night and I think this is good as then I don't eat as much. Did have a little weight loss and am looking forward to being in the 170's soon. Keep up the good work.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
