Wow, 20 days to break 184, but included a few dinners out and also Thanksgiving. A normal weight plateau, I think. Hard work exercise at least 6 days a week covering cardio and all muscle groups. Eating lots of healthy foods to feed the muscle. Getting noticeably thinner. Who cares about weight? Well, truthfully it is one important measure but not the only one. Holding my course no matter what the scale says.

183.8 lb
Lost so far: 21.2 lb.
Still to go: 0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

I would say that you are doing fantastic -( considering you had Thanksgiving thrown in there and you didn't gain). I get frustrated with the scale not moving but I do measurements to confirm I am losing inches and feel "lighter" so they are all good motivators for me to keep at it.
It must feel good to see yourself getting "noticeably thinner" -and You have a great weight graph to prove how well your doing :)
