After gym breakfast:
6 large fresh-shucked oysters, two free-range eggs soft-boiled to perfection, 0-fat Greek yoghurt with a generous portion of chia seeds, blackberries, and strawberries.
Didn't count it up but guestimate it was about 600-700 calories. Will be my biggest meal of the day. Nutrition and protein.

Breakfast sounds great--I like adding chia seeds to greek yogurt too- I like the consistancy that they make and adding the berries is a great idea. Do you harvest the oysters yourself?

Sorry, seeing this late... as usual. Yes, I harvest. Season is November and December. The oyster beds are numerous, and well conserved. The limit is a peck which can be gathered in 1/2 hour or so. A peck goes a long way! I saw oysters on a menu at an upscale Boston restaurant recently for $4.00 each. That makes a peck worth $500 retail! Not really, I can buy them for $1.00 each in the fish store.
