Not happy with how little I ate yesterday but I got distracted and missed lunch and didn't want to eat the wrong kind of snacks and blow the day. Need to remember to drink MORE WATER!
156.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
