I had to check the scale four times to make sure it was reading correctly and at two different times, but it was true:)
202.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

997 kcal Fat: 52.49g | Prot: 72.45g | Carb: 76.96g.   Breakfast: half & half, low fat cheddar cheese, salsa , egg beaters, Mushrooms , coffee, sausage links meatless. Lunch: mushrooms, olive oil, pinto beans, boca crumbles, salsa, lettuce, water, cucumber, bell pepper. Snacks/Other: string cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat) , broccoli, sweet yellow pepper, water, Premium Pistachio Nuts. more...
