I trying to lose weight for a few reasons .. to be healthier (blah blah blah) and I saw a recent picture of myself !OUCH! I am a mother of 4 and am married to my high school sweetheart (married 17 years!). I am an ER vet nurse and work the overnight shift (7p-7a) which makes dieting oh so EASY (not really!). I love my job and life but not the weight i have put on .... so here I am - dieting ONLINE!

do you think i am not losing weight because i eat too many peanuts??? Question Question Question

I crave salt ... and since i cannot have potato chips ( )Sad ... i eat peanuts. alot of peanuts.

any thoughts? or other salt products that i can eat ......

depressed ..... :(
so i am not losing weight. I am getting very discouraged! Sad I have been doing everything right (with the little expection here and there). I dont exercise too much. I just dont have time with work, AVON, the kids and the dogs! I do walk the dogs (all 5 of them) almost every night but its not too far for it to count as real exercise.

I am just getting bummed. I did go buy the SBD supercharged that someone recommended but barnes and noble did not here it Exclamation Maybe i should be trying a different diet.

I am trying really hard not to go into the slump again and start to not caring about my weight.
Ok done complaining. have to get ready for a wedding i have to go to. where i will drink way too much ! LOL LOL Laughing

so im not losing any weight!?! i havent done anything different. I did cheat a little one day but that is it. I need HELP!! Sad

PHASE 1 - LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS?
wow - thanks for all the feedback.
iam going to do phase one a bit longer. only because i am afraid of not being on phase one! I would like to be under 170 pounds before i start phase 2. I wont do phase one for too long maybe just one more week. Phase one isnt that hard - well after the first week.
I think i have to exercise more. its just so hard to find the time to exercise.
