The intermittent fasting is going great this week. Yesterday was an eat day and I felt like I was stuffed last night but another loss this morning. Today is a fast day and tomorrow will be an eat day.

I got my cornbread cooked yesterday(it is not low carb). Cooking my collard greens this morning (they need to cook all day). Will cook the crust less pumpkin pie today. Will get my squash cut up today and onions. So I have a busy day ahead and my Husband will be home early.

218.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
