So the fast went well yesterday. I did break it in the evening but only with creamy soup and broth. I feel much better and I used the bathroom this morning! That of course made me feel a LOT better. So here is to a great day. Oh I am out of the 220's!!!! Will try to make it stick through this week.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! Every 10 lb marker feels so good and makes you never want to go back. How did you fast? I tried it until noon the other day, I was just too hungry.

Thanks ladies! My fast started after dinner Sunday night and into Monday. I had the bulletproof coffee and that does help with the hunger. Part of the hard part for me is I am up at 4:30am and working at 5am so by 6 or 7pm I am starving and cannot go to bed yet! So I did good until then and just couldn't resist the soups. However, I was hoping that the liquids wouldn't hurt me too much. So technically I fasted from dinner to dinner with the coffee (and it's fats) to help me through the day.
