Yesterday a new training partner underestimated my weight by 15 lbs lol!!!! She guessed 120 lol

Rosio, you are right! If I gain weight I would rather it be muscle gain than fat. :) the workouts are harder but I enjoy it so much that some weight gain isn’t awful 😉😉😉

I’m serious!! I love a strong ‘thick’ look, definition, not scrawny, not sickly, healthy and able!! And ABLE is what I am after, able to get up and down off the floor, in and out of a car, up and down stairs, in and out of a bathtub/shower, when I’m 80, without aid!!!! I’m not after sexy, I am married and my husband already thinks I’m perfect ( he’s crazy!!! Far from perfect!😜) Hut I am looking to the future me. I see so many seniors who I clean homes for and I’m determined by the grace of God to do what I can for this future body, soul and spirit if mine to keep my independence as long as I can!! Even 2 days ago a lady I clean for asked me to move something heavy. It was no sweat!! She was stunned! I told her I can move AND rearrange all our furniture at home, by myself. Felt empowered!! LOL!! Phew!!!!! That felt good just to type that down!! 😊😊😊 These are some of my goals! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
