Lost my job in January. depression and being more sedentary, along with menopause kicking in. Now I get to start all over with 20+ additional pounds to get rid of.
Going to try a keto diet starting Monday.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 89.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
