Well down .5# this morning, strip was midrange last night and white pinkish this am. I Think I will tray adding a bit more fat to see it I can get the ketone level to rise a little. approx 6 carbs yesterday, adding in more goodies today, I have had olives and a slightly larger salad for lunch, yay!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
