Well I wasn't really expecting it to go down today, I didn't eat anything bad but yesterday was the first day I had my appitite back from being sick. I'd love to hang out here for a little while. It gives me a little bit of playing room for Thanksgiving. But I do have that all planned out and should be ok. I have to say that I can not wait to get out of the 140's! At 140 I have a BMI of 24.8 and would be at a HEATHY weight. It has been way too long. I am sooo close. Too bad weight loss slows so much at this point. I can go weeks without losing.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
