Rowanfair's Journal, 13 July 2010

So I *am* disappointed in the .2 weight lose. But I followed the diet well, got my exercise in for the most part and well, we all have weeks of stall. At least I'm still in Onderland.

Speaking of exercise, went over to NetteDF's for Wii on Sunday. What a blast! We Dance is fun and I'm really looking forward to my copy of We Cheer arriving. It would have come yesterday... except the package had Family Feud for Playstation in it instead of We Cheer for Wii. *facepalm* No word back from the Amazon seller yet, I'm impatient!

You are doing fantastic. .2 down is better than a gain any day. And you are in "onederland"! I am soooo jealous!! Have fun with your Wii, and keep up the great work!!

We will all be tested from time to time. You are doing a wonderful job so don't stress over the scale. If you don't see an improvement in a week or so maybe try changing things up. That might help to kick start more losses. Don't forget, as we lose weight, our requirements will change.

<GRIN> Family Feud eh? I think I'll skip that one....I'll be interested in seeing Wii cheer as well. I also had fun with you and the Wii! I do more when others are around. Am going to take up bowling howeve so I don't embaress myseld (as if that wasn't built in to the Wii fit stuff lolo) My Wii age last night (after working out in the pool for 45 minutes and being really tired was 67 - 10 years over my actual age -- but there you go! Tomorrow it maybe 47 just hard to say!

Thanks, friends, for the encouragement. I know it goes up and down and as long as it is mostly down I should be happy. I just tell myself I am feeling much better and people are starting to ask "Have you lost weight?" so it is beginning to show. *grin* I'm just in a bit of an emotional slump.
