Holding steady..... this because I am not applying myself-I am going to think long and hard about why I am no longer seriously following the program, faulsely promising myself every day, that today is the day! I had not been entering my daily foods here or exercise, but began yesterday.........I can change.....I did change...I will change: 6/22/08 marks my first serious day back on SB!!!!!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 June 2008:
1559 kcal Fat: 57.16g | Prot: 100.20g | Carb: 80.71g.   Breakfast: string cheese, milk, total. Lunch: Swiss cheese, turkey burger 4 oz cooked, turkey burger 4 oz cooked. Dinner: chicken, chicken, chicken, ricotta cheese 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%. Snacks/Other: strawberries, avacado, tortillas multi grain. more...

You can do this! Concentrate! Don't let yourself get overly hungry. Don't forget your snacks. Try fruit or vegies.
