newnormal's Journal, 25 March 2019

Still tired this morning. Went to bed about 9 and crashed hard. Definitely feeling the walk from Saturday today but got to spend 6 hours with my friends, half of that in the pool in the sun. Didn't end up eating dinner last night so expected a drop but my body likes to stretch it out so I'm game.

Did go shopping for groceries yesterday so now just have to cook and eat it when I'm supposed to. Should be a busy week but not a bad one, hopefully.

But, first, coffee.
